SELECTIVE BREEDING
Crickets (Acheta domesticus) from multiple farms throughout the country were mixed and bred for over 60 generations into a special strain called the “American Mix”. This is why our Acheta domestica have less mortality upon delivery and survive longer after they arrive, up to 8 weeks total lifespan with proper care and nutrition.  We recommend a temperature range of 70-75F during the day and at night to keep their metabolism and immune system functioning properly. OPTIONS
Feeder Crickets are available in sizes ranging from 1 week old baby crickets (3/16 of an inch) to 6 weeks old adults (1 inch) and in quantities starting at 100. Looking for some alternative feeder insects options? We also offer 250ct 4-week-old crickets and 250ct medium mealworms mixed box. This is a great way to help diversify your reptiles live insect diet. When ordering the mix, both will be packaged loose together in the same box. *Please provide a valid physical address for shipping via Express Carriers. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. PO Box orders will need to be shipped USPS only.

    I purchased a 4-5 week old bearded dragon a month ago, and had originally started out buying the crickets from the pet store until I realized how much I would be spending in the long run. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of crickets I received. My bearded dragon looks much more lively and healthier than when I was feeding him pet store crickets, and he'll hunt them with much more speed and ferocity than he did before. I will definitely continue to purchase my crickets from here!

    Best crickets!

    I was worried because it was around 110 in Idaho and didn't get the crickets for three days. To my surprise they came all alive, and STAYED ALIVE FOR THE WHOLE MONTH I NEEDED THEM! I fed them water but not much else. These are the best crickets! The only negative thing I can say is that when I opened up my crickets a brown recluse spider hitched a ride with them. I spotted him in time though.

    i just got my first order of 1000 crickets. they are ALL ALIVE and well. zero dead. awesome! ALL MY CRICKET NEEDS WILL BE FROM FLUKER'S. i wish i could give more than 5 stars!!!

    I've had several orders from Fluker's because of their great pricing. The crickets are usually healthy and live for a while. Last time about 50/250 were dead, and upon a request for a partial refund, I was given a full refund for the entire purchase. Great customer service. Thanks.

    They died off quickly

    Not sure what the problem was but 1000 didnt last two weeks. Disappointed. I keep crickets all the time and these died off very quickly. For what I paid to use maybe 200 i might as well go to petsmart

    Ordered 1000, received 500

    I usually order 500 crickets for my bearded dragon and was never disappointed with how many I got. So, I decided to order 1000 for a better deal. However, I feel I received substantially less than I ordered. I feed my bearded dragon on average 60 crickets a day. In one weeks time I noticed that only roughly 40 crickets remain. Ordering 1000 crickets should have lasted about two weeks.

    Twice over the last two weeks I ordered live crickets (one week and two week). The first time I had them shipped the cheapest way and they arrived dead. I didn't complain, I just ordered two more and chose second day. One canister arrived opened and without crickets. The second canister was intact, but all crickets were dead. When I called to complain, the lady said "well, it was probably the heat that killed them." They offered to re-send the crickets , but I had to pay the shipping (again). Why offer to re-ship them if they will just die again? I will never purchase from Fluker's again.
