SELECTIVE BREEDING
Crickets (Acheta domesticus) from multiple farms throughout the country were mixed and bred for over 60 generations into a special strain called the “American Mix”. This is why our Acheta domestica have less mortality upon delivery and survive longer after they arrive, up to 8 weeks total lifespan with proper care and nutrition. We recommend a temperature range of 70-75F during the day and at night to keep their metabolism and immune system functioning properly. OPTIONS
Feeder Crickets are available in sizes ranging from 1 week old baby crickets (3/16 of an inch) to 6 weeks old adults (1 inch) and in quantities starting at 100. Looking for some alternative feeder insects options? We also offer 250ct 4-week-old crickets and 250ct medium mealworms mixed box. This is a great way to help diversify your reptiles live insect diet. When ordering the mix, both will be packaged loose together in the same box. Dead "live" crickets
I ordered a LIVE cricket farm, which consisted of 100 two week old crickets, and minutes after receiving the package I opened it and every single one was dead. My crested gecko will only eat live crickets, not dead ones, so I am very disappointed. Is this a common problem? What can I do to get a refund/ actual live crickets?

Most of my order was dead
I ordered 250 crickets and about 30 of them are alive and not only that they are the complete wrong size, they are way too small. The order also got here really late, I now have to find another company to go and get crickets from right after receiving this box so my pet doesn't starve.

Only received 30/100
I ordered 100 large crickets and only received 30. 10 were dead so now I have 20. Most of them are tiny too. Not enough to feed my chameleon. I'm furious. The stores around here are out and I don't know what I'm supposed to do. These are not large crickets and there is not nearly enough

DID NOT GET CORRECT AMOUNT
I ordered 500 1 week crickets and it looks like i got half or less than that.... also there was a bunch of dead ones.

7 months and only one issue
I’ve been ordering from them for about 7 months on a weekly bases. Never had any issues other than one order that whole time. They responded within a few hours and took care of me. I live in the same state so orders always arrive next day and alive.

Buying live crickets on line
Placed my 1st order Mon 5/11 at 3:30 PM and received it Wed 5/13 at 9:30 AM. That my friends is less than 48 hrs. Best is that they were all size I ordered, alive and active. No-one ever could ask for anything more. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Can say they now have a customer for ever.
