SELECTIVE BREEDING
Crickets (Acheta domesticus) from multiple farms throughout the country were mixed and bred for over 60 generations into a special strain called the “American Mix”. This is why our Acheta domestica have less mortality upon delivery and survive longer after they arrive, up to 8 weeks total lifespan with proper care and nutrition.  We recommend a temperature range of 70-75F during the day and at night to keep their metabolism and immune system functioning properly. These insects are a rich source of protein and when gut loaded properly offer many other nutritional benefits to reptiles. Buy your reptile the best feeder insects for sale online today.

OPTIONS
Feeder Crickets are available in sizes ranging from 1 week old baby crickets (3/16 of an inch) to 6 weeks old adults (1 inch) and in quantities starting at 100. Looking for some alternative feeder insects options? We also offer 250ct 4-week-old crickets and 250ct medium mealworms mixed box. This is a great way to help diversify your reptiles live insect diet. When ordering the mix, both will be packaged loose together in the same box. Or consider a special colorful treat of live hornworms. Looking for just mealworms?  Feeding small reptiles or frogs and looking for an alternative to baby crickets? Consider ordering a live Flightless Fruit Flies Culture.

All crickets (I think) came alive. Maybe a few dead but I’ll definitely buy again. First time ordering online and was great service.

Both orders of crickets arrived as cricket powder. Not a single live cricket. Waste of time and money.

Ordered 1,000, Got about 200, Most are Dead

Posted by Kris H on Sep 16th 2019

I thought that by ordering directly from the breeder I would get better quality. But when I got my 1,000, most of them were dead, only about 200 were alive, there was a puddle of of dead crickets. I would NEVER order any LIVE feeders directly from FLUKER'S. I have since order from another farm and they arrived alive with only a few dead.

    Fluker’s Crickets

Posted by Mikayla Vestergaard on Sep 12th 2019

To any potential buyers: If you get crickets from Fluker in the mail and you would like large 1” crickets, just get more of the size under it. Their chance of coming in the mail alive and staying alive will be much better. The large crickets don’t last more than a few days for the most part.

    Wrong size crickets received

Posted by Jonathan Czerpak on Aug 1st 2019

I received the wrong size crickets my past orders were 4 week old, but the shipment I received yesterday were only 2 week old. I contacted support and got no where as I was argued with saying they are 4 weeks old. Since they were not the correct size had to feed reptiles more crickets then usual to make up for the big size difference meaning I pretty much wasted money.
