Fluker’s Halloween Contest Rules & Terms
Eligibility:
- All pets are welcome to participate, regardless of scales, feathers, tail length, or lack thereof…
- Photos must feature pets.
- Each participant can submit [1-3] photos per pet.
- The selected winners are limited to those within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska due to shipping restrictions but we encourage everyone to participate and share their pet photos.
Photo Requirements:
- Must be the participant’s original photo.
- Acceptable photo formats: JPEG or PNG
- Photo size: No more than 1MB.
- The photo should not include watermarks, logos, or excessive photo editing.
Submission Process:
- Submit photos via the Photo Contest Submission Form
- Include the following information with each submission:
- Pet’s name
- Owner’s name
- Captivating photo caption
Submission Deadline:
- All entries must be submitted by Friday, October, 25th at 12 PM CT.
Judging Criteria:
- Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the Halloween theme.
- The public will vote for the Grand Prize winners using an online poll that will be shared closer to the voting period on October 25th, 2024, through October 30th, 2024.
Voting Process:
- Public voting will occur from October 25, 2024, 5 PM CST to October 30, 2024, 11:59 PM CST.
- Voting will take place on a landing page poll-unit provided by Fluker’s.
- Participants are encouraged to share their entries, but vote-buying or manipulating the voting system will lead to disqualification.
Prizes:
First Place Grand Prize: $250 worth of dry products and a $250 credit in feeder insects!
Second place: $150 in dry Products and $150 credit in feeder insects!
Third place: $100 in dry products and $100 credit in feeder insects!
Plus ALL participants will receive an exclusive discount code when submitting an entry! This code will be shared by Fluker’s and is limited to the use of the participants only. Sharing or redistributing the code may constitute disqualification from the contest.
Photo Content:
- Photos must be in good taste and should not depict harm or distress to any animal.
- Entries should comply with local laws regarding pet ownership and welfare.
- No inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content will be allowed.
Copyright and Usage:
- By submitting, participants grant the contest organizers permission to use their photos for promotional purposes related to the contest (e.g., social media, website, or marketing materials).
- Participants retain full copyright of their images.
Disqualification:
- Contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any submission that does not follow the rules or is found to be fraudulent.
- Participants caught using inappropriate voting techniques (bots, vote buying, etc.) will be disqualified.
Contest Modifications:
- Fluker’s reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time if necessary.
- Fluker’s is not liable for technical issues or lost entries that may occur during the duration of the contest especially if not communicated by the participant by the contest-specified deadlines.
