I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to join the program?
Customers with an existing account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Simply sign in to start earning and redeeming rewards.
Where can I view my rewards account?
Points are visible on the Rewards page. You can view your points balance, available rewards, tier status, and rewards history.
How do I earn points?
Earn points by making purchases and completing eligible activities such as referring friends, celebrating your birthday, following us on social media, and more!
How do I redeem my points?
On the Rewards page above, choose an available reward, and select Redeem. Your available rewards and redemption requirements will be displayed in your rewards account.

When do my points expire?
Each point expires 12 months after it is earned. You can always view your available points and upcoming expirations from your rewards account.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you earned points from a purchase that is later returned, those points will be deducted from your rewards account.
If you redeemed points toward a purchase that is later returned, the redeemed points will be credited back to your rewards account according to our return policy.

My points haven't appeared yet. What should I do?
Points may take some time to appear in your account. Try refreshing the page, signing out and back in, or checking your rewards history before contacting support.
What is your tiers program?
Tiers reward members with additional benefits as they progress through the program. You can unlock higher tiers by meeting the required spend.
Points are earned on product purchases only (excluding taxes and shipping). If an item is returned, the associated points will be removed from your balance. Points expire 12 months after they are earned. See something that doesn’t look quite right? Reach out to us and we’ll happily review your account and make any needed adjustments within 72 hours.
