What happens if my insects arrive dead?
We have a Live Delivery Guarantee Policy! If your insects arrive dead, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make things right.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. We also offer Next Day Delivery through UPS for customers who need their insects quickly. Click here for more details on our shipping policy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
