FLUKER FARMS: Job Applicant Privacy Notice

    Effective Date: July 24, 2026

This notice explains what personal information Fluker Farms (“Fluker Farms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects from candidates who apply to our open positions through our BambooHR-hosted job listings, and how we use that information internally. It applies only to job applicants and candidates. Our general customer-facing Privacy Policy (available at flukerfarms.com/privacy-policy) covers how we handle customer and website visitor data separately.

    1. Scope

This notice applies to any individual who submits an application, resume, or related materials through a Fluker Farms job listing hosted on BambooHR, whether the listing appears on our careers page, on a job board, or directly on BambooHR.

    2. Information We Collect

When you apply to a position, our BambooHR application form collects standard applicant-tracking information, including:

    • Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address

    • Your resume or CV, and any cover letter you choose to submit

    • Your work history, employment dates, and job titles

    • Your education history and relevant certifications

    • Answers to any application questions included in the specific job listing

    • Any other information you voluntarily include in your application

We do not require you to submit any information beyond what the BambooHR application form requests. We do not use the application process to collect background-check, drug-screening, or reference data; if a specific role requires that step later in the hiring process, we will tell you separately and obtain your consent before collecting it.

    3. How We Use Your Information — Internal Purposes Only

We use the information you submit solely for our own internal recruiting and employment purposes. Specifically, we use your application information to:

    • Evaluate your qualifications, skills, and fit for the position you applied to

    • Consider you for other current or future openings at Fluker Farms that may match your background, if you indicate interest

    • Contact you regarding your application, to schedule interviews, and to communicate hiring decisions

    • Coordinate internally among the hiring manager, department leads, and HR staff involved in filling the role

    • Verify the accuracy of the information you provided, where relevant to the position

    • Maintain internal hiring records and comply with recordkeeping obligations under applicable federal and Louisiana employment law (for example, EEOC recordkeeping requirements)

    • Prepare internal, aggregated hiring metrics (for example, number of applicants per role or time-to-fill) that do not identify you individually

    • If you are hired, transfer the relevant portions of your application into your personnel and onboarding records

We do not use your application information for marketing purposes, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about your candidacy without human review.

    4. Who Within Fluker Farms Can See Your Information

Access to your application is limited to the people who need it to fill the role you applied for: the hiring manager and relevant department supervisors for that position, members of our HR/People team who administer BambooHR and the hiring process, and, where applicable, company leadership involved in final hiring approval. We do not make applicant information available company-wide.

    5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your application information with any third party outside Fluker Farms for their own purposes. Our use of BambooHR itself is as a service provider: BambooHR hosts our job listings and stores application data on our behalf, under its own data processing and security terms, but does not use your information for any purpose other than providing that service to us. We may disclose application information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

    6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice — generally, for the duration of the hiring process for the role you applied to, and for a reasonable period afterward in case the position reopens or in order to meet our recordkeeping obligations. After that period, we securely delete or anonymize your application information. If you are hired, your application information becomes part of your personnel file and is retained under our standard employee recordkeeping practices.

    7. Your Choices

You may withdraw your application at any time by contacting us using the information below. If you have questions about the information you submitted, or would like us to review or delete your application data, you can reach out to privacy@flukerfarms.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

    8. How We Protect Your Information

We rely on BambooHR's platform-level security controls, together with our own internal access restrictions described in Section 4, to help protect your application information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to safeguard applicant data.

    9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our hiring practices or applicable law. The “Effective Date” at the top of this notice reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on our careers page.
