The Fluker Farms mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fluker Farms (“Fluker Farms”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Fluker Farms’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fluker Farms through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include:
- Promotions and special offers
- Product launches and restock alerts
- Cart reminders
- Order updates
- Account notifications
- Customer service communications
- Other marketing or informational messages related to Fluker Farms

If you have subscribed to other Fluker Farms mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

How do we process your information?
We use an external provider to run our store,​ BigCommerce.​ BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. You can check its participation in the Privacy Shield ​here​ on the official site of The International Trade Administration (ITA), U.S. Department of Commerce.
Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialized external providers to provide the most competitive services.
- Payment: ​Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use accredited companies to process your credit card information. ​We use authorize.net to process credit card transactions.
- Shipping: ​We integrate with a number of shipping companies to fulfill your orders. We use ShipperHQ to provide shipping rate estimates for USPS and Fedex. We use aftership to provide shipping notification information to our customers.
- Partnering with highly specialized external companies allows us to focus on what we do best: selling great products.
How can you control your personal data?
