We know how important fresh, healthy feeders are for your reptiles and amphibians.
That’s why Fluker Farms offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on our feeder insects.

If your feeders don’t arrive alive, we’ll make it right. Depending on the season and the shipping option you selected, we’ll either:
Send you a replacement order at no extra cost (when live arrival is guaranteed).
Issue a refund or credit toward your next order if replacement isn’t possible.

Spring, Summer & Fall Guarantee

Guaranteed Live Arrival: Fluker guarantees that your feeder insects will arrive alive. If they don't, they'll issue a credit at their discretion.
Reporting Window: You must report any loss within 2 business days of receipt to be eligible for a credit.

Winter Shipping Policy

Fluker offers modified shipping options when cold weather could affect live delivery:
Guaranteed Down to 16°F: Live delivery is guaranteed if temperatures stay at or above 16°F at both the destination and regional sort facilities.

  • We guarantee live arrival of all feeder insects.
  • If something arrives less than perfect, let us know within 2 business days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a credit or replacement.

❄️ Winter Shipping Policy

Cold weather can make shipping tricky, but we’ve got you covered.

  • Live Guarantee Down to 16°F – As long as temperatures are 16°F or warmer at your location and shipping hubs, our live arrival guarantee applies.

If temps are between 0–15°F, you’ll choose one of two options at checkout:

1. Ship Without Guarantee (SWG)

  • We’ll ship your order even in freezing temps.
  • No guarantee or refund if insects don’t survive the cold.

2. Hold For Weather (HFW)

  • We’ll hold your order for up to 7 days until it’s warm enough to ship.
  • If the weather doesn’t improve, your order will be canceled and refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).

We Guarantee Live Delivery of your insect order. Should you experience a problem we will issue a credit at our discretion. We offer a variety of shipping options. These options vary greatly in service level and price. Please pick the option best suited for your area and needs. You have 2 business days from receipt of your order to report a loss. Live Delivery Guarantee Winter

 

Fluker Farms guarantees live delivery when temperatures are as low as 16 degrees at the destination and/or regional sort facilities. While most insect growers simply refuse to ship at temperatures below this threshold, Fluker Farms recognizes how much you rely on live insect for your pet’s nourishment and feel you should have a choice in the matter. Therefore, we provide the following options when the weather drops to 0-15 degrees (we will not ship to any areas below 0 degrees).


1) Ship Without Guarantee (SWG)-You can choose to have your insects shipped when the night time temperatures are between 0-15 degrees by selecting the SWG option, however, we cannot guarantee live delivery and NO REFUND will be given for insects that do not arrive alive.


2) Hold For Weather (HFW)-If you choose the HFW option, your order may be held up to 7 days while we wait on improved shipping conditions. If after 7 days the weather doesn’t improve enough for your order to be shipped, it will be cancelled and any charges refunded.
