David Fluker was among a select group of Baton Rouge small business owners that welcomed eBay CEO Devin Wenig to Baton Rouge last week. The online retail giant announced its partnership with our city as part of its Retail Revival program in a recent press conference. The group also met with Wenig to discuss trade, taxes, postal infrastructure, and other issues affecting small businesses in our country.
