SELECTIVE BREEDING
Crickets (Acheta domesticus) from multiple farms throughout the country were mixed and bred for over 60 generations into a special strain called the “American Mix”. This is why our Acheta domestica have less mortality upon delivery and survive longer after they arrive, up to 8 weeks total lifespan with proper care and nutrition. We recommend a temperature range of 70-75F during the day and at night to keep their metabolism and immune system functioning properly. OPTIONS
Feeder Crickets are available in sizes ranging from 1 week old baby crickets (3/16 of an inch) to 6 weeks old adults (1 inch) and in quantities starting at 100. Looking for some alternative feeder insects options? We also offer 250ct 4-week-old crickets and 250ct medium mealworms mixed box. This is a great way to help diversify your reptiles live insect diet. When ordering the mix, both will be packaged loose together in the same box. So glad that Flukers mails out live crickets. I can go to the pet store and spend $20 on 120 crickets that will last me 2-3 or order here and get 500 crickets that will last me over a week. I only wish that the faster shipping didn't cost as much. Other than that they always come to me alive and well and as long as you take care of them that vast majority stay alive for a long time.

My family and I love using Fluker's Cricket Farm for our bearded dragon. I have compared their prices to other farms and after shipping, I have yet to find a farm that beats them. The quality and shipment of the insects is fantastic. I always receive my insects early, with the regular shipping method. I would recommend this farm to anyone.

From order to shipment everything was perfect. The website was easy to use and I received my shipment in record time. The packaging was very well done. Some of the competitors shipped them in a padded bag where Flukers shipped them in a hole punched container (pictured) inside of a hole punched box. Even though the shipment was across the nation every one of the live specimens were exactly that alive. I did have one small issue with my order which was NOT the fault of the Flukers Cricket Farm but was still rectified extremely fast by their very helpful staff. I would highly recommend Fluker's Cricket Farm and will use them again.
